Throughout history, we have created monsters according to our fears, and have given them dark and isolated homes. Representing the condemnable and punishable, we have tried to deviate from them, leaving them as hidden as possible – which has never prevented them from keep on existing and symbolising a silent danger.

However, maybe this avoidance is what makes them bigger as threats. Their existence is, somehow, real and important to be noticed. And perhaps seeing them we can better get along with them. And find out we are not so different after all.

The project Daily Monsters has started in August/2016 as a series of illustrations and next the characters expand to the occupation of the urban environment and expositive space, as well as later taking part in the audiovisual platforms as animation videos.
